About Us
The Hebron Water Department provides safe and potable water to the residents of Hebron. We test the water 365 days of the year. We also provide an adequate supply for fire protection.
The Water Treatment Plant was built in 2002 and draws water from 4 wells. We treat for the removal of iron and we partially soften the water. Chlorine is used to disinfect the water for the safety of our customers.
Hebron's Water Distribution System has been added to as the town's population has grown. Our oldest section was built in the early 1920's. We maintain 177 Fire Hydrants for the safety of our residents. We also repair numerous water main breaks during the year.
