NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES
Users of the Town of Hebron, Indiana (“Town”) storm water system, owners of property served or to be served by the Town’s storm water system, and other interested persons are hereby notified that Resolution No. 2021-09-14-01 was introduced at a meeting of the Storm Water Management Board (“Board”) held on September 14, 2021 which refers an Ordinance to the Town Council for the Town.
This Ordinance, if finally adopted, will adopt rates and charges for services applicable to the Town’s storm water system. At a meeting of the Town Council Meeting held via zoom October 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., there will be a public hearing on the matter of such rates and charges, and consideration of final adoption of said Resolution. At such hearing and prior to final adoption of said Resolution, all interested persons may appear and be heard. A copy of said Resolution may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
