The Town of Hebron wishes to move forward with developing a Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan will outline the existing conditions of the town, describe future goals and objectives for development and include an action plan on how to achieve these goals and objectives. Topics that are generally addressed within a Comprehensive Plan are:
- Future Growth and Land Use
- Parks, Natural Resources & Environment
- Housing and Neighborhoods
- Infrastructure and Utilities
- Economic Development
- Transportation and Mobility
