PUBLIC HEARING - PROPERTY EXCHANGE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Hebron Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a property exchange between the Town of Hebron and 122 Main Street, LLC for the following described properties:

Property owned by Town of Hebron, Porter County, Indiana, Parcel No. 64-14-10-488-011.000- 002, and commonly known as Alyea Parkway;

Property owned by 122 Main Street, LLC, Porter County, Indiana, Parcel No. 64-14-10-488- 004.000-002 and Parcel No. 64-14-10-488-007.000-002

Any objections to the granting of the requested exchange of properties will be heard at the time and place indicated.

This hearing will be conducted at the Hebron Assembly Hall, 611 N. Main Street, Hebron, Indiana, at the regular meeting of the Hebron Town Council on May 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons may attend.
