BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2016
The Town of Hebron Board of Zoning Appeals meeting of September 13, 2016 was called to order by Frank Stalbaum. In attendance were Frank Stalbaum, David Blackwell, Dave Waffler, Steve Dujmovich, Council Liaison Kimberly Mouratides, Clerk-Treasurer Fred Siminski, Attorney Theodore A. Fitzgerald and Recording Secretary Joanne Hansen.
Following the pledge of allegiance, the following business was conducted:
On motion of Dave Waffler, seconded by Steve Dujmovich and duly carried 4-0, the minutes from August 9, 2016 meeting were approved as presented.
Habitat for Humanity, Porter County, Public Hearing – Maxwell Street – President Stalbaum noted that the requested variance is due of the lot width. Secretary Hansen noted that pursuant to statute all costs and notice requirements were met. President Stalbaum opened the public hearing asking if anyone wished to speak in favor or against the proposed variance, there being no remonstrators either for or against, President Stalbaum closed the public hearing. On motion of David Blackwell (see Findings of Fact attached for the actual motion), seconded by Dave Waffler and duly carried 4-0, this variance was approved.
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Dave Waffler, seconded by David Blackwell and duly carried 4-0, the meeting was adjourned.
