BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 16, 2016
The Town of Hebron Board of Zoning Appeals meeting of November 16, 2016 was called to order by Frank Stalbaum. In attendance were Frank Stalbaum, Dave Waffler, Steve Dujmovich, Council Liaison Kimberly Mouratides, Attorney Theodore A. Fitzgerald and Recording Secretary Joanne Hansen.
Following the pledge of allegiance, the following business was conducted:
Habitat for Humanity, Porter County, Public Hearing – 178 Park Place – President Stalbaum stated that due to his background in drainage he is opposed to building on this lot due to the existing drainage issues. Mr. Stalbaum asked to be replaced on BZA Board. Mr. Stalbaum stated that if a vote was called, he would abstain from the vote. Attorney Theodore A. Fitzgerald stated the petitioner has the right to ask that this matter be tabled due to a lack of a quorum. Attorney Fitzgerald recommended that the meeting be adjourned.
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Dave Waffler, seconded by Steve Dujmovich and duly carried 3-0, the meeting was adjourned.
